Australian company TFS, the world’s largest producer of sustainable Indian sandalwood, sought to create a distinct and ownable global brand strategy to shift and advance its current B2B brand engagement to becoming a consumer 'trust mark'—from a pure plantation manager to a product sales company.
The new brand Quintis (ASX: QIN) repositioned the business as “the trusted guardian of sandalwood album,” and created a ‘trust mark’ highlighting its five points of authenticity for use on consumer products. TFS was one of the first sustainable growers of Indian sandalwood and is one of the few that can guarantee the authenticity, quality and purity of this highly prized ingredient.
